What I Do
I help small business owners, struggling to get the work-life balance you desire. You probably set-up your own business in the first place, aiming to achieve just that, but for whatever reason you find yourself working on your business when you should be working in it, or worse still should be enjoying leisure time with the family. I help by taking some of the daily tasks off your hands, you outsource to me, and you can then focus on the things important to you.
My Philosophy
I believe I allocate the right amount of time and energy to the right activities to maintain a balanced life, and as such can remain stress free while enjoying a full range of satisfying activities, which I believe is key to my happiness. I believe in honouring my commitments and fulfilling the promises I make to both myself and others. I build working relationships with mutual trust. I prioritise family and home life when I need to and flex my work commitments around them. I participate actively in the community, so I can give something back to the broader community, which gives me purpose.
My Methods
Once we’ve had an initial chat, I can pull together a proposal for you, describing how I think I can help you. I make use of a variety of tools; techniques and templates for the services I provide. I also use a time recording system to record how much time I spend on each task. And can supply a copy of this in support of my invoice at sent at the end of the month to ensure transparaceny.

I want to help bring you the work-life balance you crave. I will take mundane or complex tasks off your hands, to free you up to spend time on the things you consider important. Whether that be focus on revenue generating activities for your business, or giving you well deserved time off to spend with family and friends.
