I am a Virtual Assistant (VA). I save small business owners time by picking up those necessary but time-consuming tasks, so that you can concentrate on the things you love, and the value-add tasks important to your business. I offer a variety of administrative support tasks including, but not limited to, creating and scheduling social media posts, sending regular email newsletters, maintaining customers databases, website content maintenance, digital decluttering, create Canva images, process reviews etc.
I can do one-off tasks for you, or support you in the day-to-day running of your business. You can pay me by the hour, or sign up for a package, if standard packages don’t work we can tailor make something that will.

My professional experience in large corporates is what I bring to my version of what I offer as a VA. I worked in large corporations for the best part of 20 years before starting my own business. I am experienced in Microsoft software packages; project management techniques; marketing; data maintenance; documentation of processes & procedures; training and have many other strings to my bow. My skillset means I am versatile and can lend my hand to most VA tasks you might ask of me.
Outside of my work life I spend a lot of time with children. My own and other peoples. I have a daughter of my own, plus lots of children I am Auntie to, and I volunteer with children. I am a Guide leader and also the Marketing & Communications Advisor for Girlguiding Bedfordshire. Adults can be silly when spending time with children, and I believe we can really benefit from the laughs this results in. You get to do things that take your mind off of the stresses of the day. However, after experiencing Home-Schooling during the pandemic, I now know I’m not cut out to be a teacher.
I am passionate about doing and being my best, and helping others do the same. As a Guide Leader I have made a promise to do my best and help other people. This is a promise I am passionate about living by.
